* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches expected with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east-central and southeast Missouri and south central and southwest Illinois.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 9 PM CST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
