Winter Storm Warning in effect from 4a EST to 7pm EST Saturday 1/19/19. 4-6in snow expected along with high winds. 
National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Noble County and surrounding area. Moderate to heavy snow is expected along with gusty northeast winds and significant blowing and drifting. Snow accumulations could be between 4-6 inches with higher amounts possible. Portions of Norther Indiana and Northwestern Ohio could be effected.
Snow will overspread the area overnight and continue into Saturday afternoon. Moderate to heavy snow amounts combined with gusty winds up to 30-35mph will create hazardous travel conditions due to blowing, drifting, and limited visibilities. Heaviest snow is expected between Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon.,
