Passenger found with 47.5 grams of marijuana 
Deputy Robert Watson of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Tomoka Shenee Young, 39, address listed as Vein Mountain Road in Nebo, with possession of marijuana.
At 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2, the deputy stopped a vehicle off Old Greenlee Road in Marion for trespassing on federal railroad property.
A subsequent search of the automobile turned up 47.5 grams of marijuana belonging to Young, who was a passenger in the car.
