Synopsis: A 26 year old female pedestrian got onto a scooter and began riding it by manually pushing it with her foot. She was pushing the scooter southbound 2700 Ocean Front Walk. She stepped in a hole with water and fell. She sustained serious injuries to her right eye. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
