BCSO is seeking assistance in identifying the pictured individual in reference to Larceny of a Bicycle. On 1-12-19 around 1430 a black male wearing dark clothing is seen cutting the lock to the victim’s Flaunt 26” Electric Bicycle from the area of Shelter Cove. The bicycle is black in color and has “Flaunt” written in lime green on the frame.
