What:    Detectives will announce a $15,000 reward, $10,000 sponsored by Supervisor Kathryn Barger and approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, and an additional $5,000 approved by the Palmdale City Council, in exchange for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of 17-year-old Jacquarius “Jay” Quinn.
