SUBJECT: Bradley Beach woman charged following a burglary investigation. 
DATE/TIME: January 14th, 2019
LOCATION: 1710 Highway 35; MOCO SPORTS CENTER Oakhurst, New Jersey.
OFFICERS: Detective Jesse Orbach and Police Officer Kyle Kane.
ACCUSED: Christine A. Byrne, 44 year-old female; Bradley Beach, New Jersey.
NARRATIVE:
On January 12th, 2019 during the early morning hours, MOCO Sports Center (1710 Highway 35) was burglarized. The accused, a female subject in her 40's, was captured on video surveillance. On January 14th, 2019 the female was identified as Christine Byrne, 44 years old, from Bradley Beach. Later on the same day Byrne was located at her residence in Bradley Beach and taken into custody. Byrne was charged with burglary and theft, processed and released on a summons pending her initial court appearance.
