(Mokelumne Hill, CA) On 1-11-19 at about 5:20pm CCSO Deputies responded to a residence in the 8000 block Campo Seco Turnpike in Mokelumne Hill after a realtor was going to show the residence and discovered dishes and a locked bedroom door. The realtor could also smell cigarette smoke coming from inside the bedroom. Deputies arrived and located two subjects, Marty Allison (age 47) and Jamie Linares (age 42) inside of a shed on the back of the property. After investigation revealed that the two subjects had been in the residence, both Allison and Linares were arrested on burglary charges and booked in to the Calaveras County Jail with $50,000 bail. Linares was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
