NO PARKING & ROAD CLOSURE - DIETZ ST EFFECTIVE 8:00AM, TUESDAY, JAN. 15, 2019. TREE REMOVAL
The City of Oneonta along with NYSEG contractor will be removing trees on Dietz Street beginning 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday January 15, 2019. Dietz Street will be closed to traffic from Walnut Street to Center Street during the duration of work, with work taking place immediately at 64 Dietz Street. Work is expected to take the duration of the day. As such, it is advised that residents move their vehicles prior to the start of work.
The project will create some disruptions for property owners and residents. There will be times when private entrance ways will be inaccessible as work progresses. Addresses directly affected include: 68, 70, 62 and 62 1/2 Dietz Street, whose residents/owners are urged to move their vehicles prior to work starting, lest access be restricted.
