Synopsis: A 38 year old male was northbound in the number two lane of Linda Vista Road, approaching the intersection of Fulton Street. The male was driving a 2006 gray 4 door Honda. A male bicyclist, in his 20's, was eastbound on Fulton Street. He was approaching the intersection of Linda Vista Road. His bike was not equipped with a light. They collided in the number two lane near the crosswalk at the north side of the intersection. The rider was transported to the hospital with major injuries and is not expected to survive. He has not been identified and DUI is not suspected. The party at fault has yet to be determined. Traffic Division responded to the scene and are investigating the collision.
