Precipitation has begun in our area and freezing on surfaces, expect roads to become icy & dangerous. Please stay inside & off roads. 
We are expecting freezing rain and possibly snow through the night. Surfaces such as vehicles, porches, sidewalks, etc. have already begun collecting ice. Emergency Responders are forced to leave their families and go to assist others when poor decisions are made majority of the time. If you do not absolutely have to be out on the roads please stay indoors.
Instructions:
Avoid driving, if it’s absolutely necessary reduce speeds and carry supplies such as clothing, blankets, water. Prevent forcing emergency responders having to be out, stay home.
