Burn Permits 
Missouri DNR is no longer requiring burn permits within Ray County Missouri. You will NOT have to get a burn permit to burn vegetative waste.
Remember construction material and hazardous materials including plastic, insulation, etc can not be burned at all. Violations will be issued still if caught burning these materials.
