The National Weather Service (NWS) indicates that the risk of flash flooding for the Sherpa and Whittier burn areas west of Goleta has ended. Light to moderate rainfall still possible throughout Santa Barbara County for the next few hours. Residents are encouraged to stay alert to changing conditions.
