* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 7
inches expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Virginia and West Virginia, especially from
Interstate 64 northward

* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roads will become snow covered and
slippery, creating hazardous travel conditions.
