                Detective Patrick Guion of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Jose Jovanny Camarena, 23, address listed as Gaddy Road South in Nebo, with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine and maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance.
                In October, Guion assisted state probation/parole officers with a search at Camarena’s residence. While on probation, Camarena is subject to warrantless searches.
                Authorities located 12.6 grams of cocaine, 4.3 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
