The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a Freeze Warning, which is in effect from 3 AM to 9 AM EST Friday.

* TIMING...Temperatures will fall below freezing during the predawn and early morning hours on Friday.

* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
