                Deputy Seth Carver of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Kenneth Edwin Stroud, 61, address listed as Toms Creek Road in Marion, with breaking and entering.
                At 2:26 pm. on Saturday, Dec. 15, Carver and Deputy Bob Green were called to a residence on Hitt Park in reference to trespassing.
                When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Stroud inside the house, which was being managed by Pinkerton Realty. Stroud, at one time, was living at the residence.
