OWI 4th Arrest

On 1-8-19 at 4:50PM Janesville Police stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. Upon contacting the driver, the officer noticed signs of impairment. The driver provided a false name to the officer initially and she was taken into custody. During a search of the vehicle, officers located open intoxicants and drug paraphernalia. The driver was put through standard field sobriety tests which confirmed impairment. A Department of Transportation records check showed the driver had 3 prior OWI arrests and is out on bond for OWI. An OWI blood draw was obtained with results pending. The driver identified as Jasmine M. Delap, was held at the Rock Co. Jail pending an initial appearance in court.
