Green Bay Police Department Press Release
Shooting Incident from January 7th, 2019, Military/Western

On January 7th, 2019, at approximately 12:00am, a 38 year old male was injured by gunfire and walked to the area of Mason and Military Ave and requested that the police be called. Green Bay Police and Green Bay Fire/Rescue responded to the scene and the male was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injury and was later released. Officers and Detectives working on this incident developed information related to the shooting suspect.
The suspect has been identified as Joshua M Thomas, a 29 year old Green Bay Resident. Thomas has warrant through the WI Department of Corrections, and is wanted by the Green Bay Police Department for First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Battery. Thomas is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
