expected. Strong northwest winds could also result in blowing
snow. Wind chills as low as zero Wednesday night into Thursday
morning.
* WHERE...Mercer, Summers and Eastern Greenbrier Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The
