.WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 8
inches possible. Wind chills as low as 10 below zero Wednesday
night into Thursday morning.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero Wednesday
night into Thursday morning could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
