*UPDATE* #LASD Homicide Detectives Responding to Death Investigation, 1500 block of N Bonnie Beach Pl., Los Angeles
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau Detectives are continuing to investigate the death of a person. The incident occurred on Wednesday January 2, 2019, at approximately 7:45 p.m., on the 1500 block of North Bonnie Beach Place, Los Angeles.
Detectives have learned that a passerby reported a burning white sedan on the 1500 block of North Bonnie Beach Place, in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles.
California Highway Patrol officers and Los Angeles County Fire responded, extinguishing the fire. It was discovered that a body was located inside the vehicle.
Deputies arrived on scene at approximately 8:00 p.m. and took over the investigation and awaited Homicide Investigators.
The investigation is still ongoing.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
