* WINDS...West 20 to 25 mph with gusts 45 to 50 mph.
* TIMING...Westerly winds will quickly increase near daybreak Tuesday, with the strongest winds occurring between 8 AM and 11 AM. The winds will then diminish some during Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
