Offshore flow will develop today and produce strong northeast winds across much of the region tonight and Tuesday. Winds will weaken Tuesday night, but continue breezy Wednesday. The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a High Wind Warning...which is in effect from 9 PM this evening to 2 AM PST Wednesday. The High Wind Watch is no longer in effect.
* Winds...Northeast winds will gust from 40 to 50 mph with peak gusts to 65 mph.
* Timing...This evening through Tuesday night.
* Location...Mainly in foothills, across the northern Inland Empire, through the Santa Ana Mountains, and eastern Orange County.
* Visibility...Reduced to 3 to 5 miles in blowing dust.
* Impacts...Tree damage. Difficult driving. Blowing dust with reduced visibilities.
* Outlook...Winds will decrease Tuesday night, but continue breezy Wednesday.
