                Deputy Jordon Frisbee of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Erica Noelle Braswell, 22, address listed as Belvidere Drive in Marion, with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
                At 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, Frisbee responded to Old Highway 10 East in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the Bethel Freewill Baptist Church cemetery.
                A subsequent search of the vehicle and its two occupants turned up 2 grams of methamphetamine and items of drug paraphernalia belonging to the driver, who was identified as Braswell.
