POLICE ACTIVITY: Road N-NE and Wheeler Rd NE, Moses Lake. Suspicious device found in a car during a routine traffic stop on Road N outside the perimeter of the REC Silicon plant. REC Silicon employees notified and most have left plant at 3:30 after their shift. Scene under control. Bomb squad enroute.
