**Update-Fatal Accident - Victim Identified in Humboldt Road / Laverne Drive Accident.

The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle who died as a result of this crash has been identified as Anthony Peterson-Lardinois, a 26 year old resident of the City of Green Bay. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this extremely difficult time.

**Update**
Green Bay Police responded to a single vehicle vs tree accident at approximately 02:21am. The driver of the vehicle, a 26 year old Green Bay resident, died on scene. There were no other occupants in the vehicle. Speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
The roadway will be open to morning commuters.
