* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 18 inches with locally higher amounts expected.
* WHEN...Light to moderate snow will begin Christmas Day mid to late morning and increase in coverage and intensity late Christmas Day and overnight into Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Holiday travel will be very difficult due to heavy snow and reduced visibility in blowing snow. Travel will be very difficult to impossible.
