* River Flood Watch for The Potomac River at Harpers Ferry.
* From late Saturday night until Sunday morning.
* At 4 PM Thursday the stage was 8.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage may be reached by early Sunday morning. Preparations for flooding should be taken by this time.
* AFFECTED AREAS: JEFFERSON, WV ... WASHINGTON, MD
