VICTIM: 54 year-old female
SUMMARY:
On Monday, December 17, 2018 at 7:34 p.m., Highland deputies received a call for service at a local hospital where an adult female was being treated for a stab wound. The investigation revealed the stab wound had been inflicted during an argument between roommates at a residence in Highland. The victim identified Tipton and reported he stabbed her with a steak knife.
Arrest and search warrants were obtained, and the warrants were served at the residence on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Tipton was arrested at the location and subsequently booked at the West Valley Detention Center for Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bail was set at $250,000.00.
