* Flood Warning for... Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 115 PM EST Sunday.
* At 644 AM EST, stream gauges still reported minor flooding in low areas and on low roadways in Morgan and Berkeley Counties. Included in the locations reporting minor flooding are Bunker Hill, Jones Springs, and Great Cacapon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MORGAN, WV ... BERKELEY, WV
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
