At 525 AM EST, stream gauges still reported minor flooding in low areas and on low roadways in Morgan and Berkeley Counties. Included in the locations reporting minor flooding are Bunker Hill, Jones Springs, and Great Cacapon.

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
