Total snow and sleet accumulations of a coating up to 2 inches and ice accumulations of one tenth to one quarter of an inch expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey and northeast Pennsylvania. The greatest snow and ice accumulations should be for elevations above 1000 feet in the Poconos and Sussex County New Jersey. * WHEN...Rain changes to areas of freezing rain early Sunday morning and continues during Sunday, possibly mixing with sleet and changing back to plain rain in some areas. Any mixture of freezing rain, sleet and rain should change to snow before ending late Sunday afternoon and evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The coldest conditions should be in the higher elevations, and especially in the Poconos and Sussex County New Jersey.
