On December 14, 2018, 2018, at 10:05 a.m. Deputy Jennifer Loesch checked on a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Dick Clark’s Family Restaurant in Princeton, Indiana. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Loesch observed the driver of the vehicle attempt to conceal items inside the vehicle. At that point Deputy Loesch with the assistance of Princeton Officer Jason Swan began an investigation into the driver’s actions. At the conclusion of her investigation 27 year old James Richardson of Princeton was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Jail Mr. Richardson was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. He remains in custody on a $650 bond.
