* VISIBILITY...A quarter mile or less.
* IMPACTS...Reduced visibilities will result in hazardous driving conditions through late tonight. Some slick spots on bridges and overpasses may be possible for locations near 32 degrees.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DE KALB ... HILLSDALE ... STEUBEN ... ST. JOSEPH ... BRANCH ... NOBLE ... CASS ... ST. JOSEPH ... DEFIANCE ... BERRIEN ... HENRY ... LAGRANGE ... WILLIAMS ... LA PORTE ... FULTON ... ELKHART
