DECEASED MALE FOUND IN PAWNEE COUNTY IDENTIFIED AS 50 YEAR OLD THOMAS TISHER OF CLEVELAND, OK 
On December 10, 2018, the family of 50 year old Thomas Tisher filed a missing person report with Cleveland, Oklahoma Police. Tisher supposedly went to the Osage Casino with a neighbor during the early morning hours of December 8, 2018. When the neighbor left, he could not find Tisher and returned home without him. The deceased male found by the ODOT crew was identified as Tisher. The family has been notified. The case is being investigated as a suspicious death.
