In December of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 issued an arrest warrant for Marshawn Lavell Boles for carrying a handgun without a license, possession of a controlled substance with an enhancing circumstance, and possession of a controlled substance. Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 also issued another warrant for Boles for possession of marijuana.

The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
