Neptune Township man arrested for burglarizing a residence.

LOCATION: McDonald’s located at State Highway 35 and 33 in Neptune Township

ACCUSED: Bryan Janvier 25-year-old Male // Neptune, New Jersey
NARRATIVE:
On December 10th, 2018 a residence on Parkview Ave., in the Colonial Terrace section of the Township, had been entered during the morning hours by an unknown actor. The resident came home and confronted the actor and chased him from the house. Patrol units responded but were unable to locate the suspect with the assistance of a K-9 unit from the City of Long Branch Police Department.
A further investigation by Detective Micheal Legg lead him to a Neptune Township resident. On December 12th, 2018 at approximately 9:00pm Detectives Legg and Jesse Orbach located a subject fitting the description of the suspect at McDonald’s located at State Highway 35 and 33 in Neptune Township. This male later identified as Bryan Janvier, was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with burglary and released on a criminal summons pending his initial court appearance.
