...PATCHY BLACK ICE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING...

As temperatures drop below freezing late this evening, any water
running off from recent snow melt may re-freeze on area roadways
that have not been treated. This could result in patches of black
ice late tonight and early Wednesday. The temperature should climb
back above freezing by around 9 am on Thursday.

Be prepared for slippery spots on roadways early Thursday morning.
Some roads that appear clear may be covered by a thin layer of
ice.

Monitor NOAA Weather Radio for the latest information, forecasts,
and warnings.
