11/26/18 WTPD arrested Raymond Hennion, age 46, of Glen Gardner, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/28/18 WTPD charged a 17 year old male, of Oxford, NJ, a 16 year old male and three 15 year old males all from Washington, NJ with simple assault. On 11/27/18 at approximately 11:15 AM, the School Resource Officer along with school officials at the Warren Hills Regional High School, 41 Jacksons Valley Rd. in Washington Township, responded to a fight. The officer’s subsequent investigation resulted in all of the juveniles being charged with simple assault pending further court action within the juvenile justice system.

11/28/18 WTPD arrested Mickala Schuler, age 20, of Oxford, NJ for violation of a Superior Court Order. She was processed and released pursuant to bail reform.

11/29/18 WTPD arrested Brocks Bennett, age 46, of E. Stroudsburg, PA for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Roxbury Township. On 11/29/18 at 3:47 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 100 block of Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Bennett’s arrest for the outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with new court date.

11/29/18 WTPD arrested John Bacher, age 58, of Washington, NJ for simple assault and harassment. He was processed and released pursuant to bail reform.

11/29/18 WTPD arrested Krista Winters, age 32, of Belvidere, NJ for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. On 11/29/18 at approximately 12:27 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 200 block of Rte. 31 N. of Washington Township for maintenance of lamps. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Winters’ arrest for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Winters was charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also issued a motor vehicle summons for maintenance of lamps. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

12/01/18 WTPD arrested Stephanie Borwegen, age 29, of Washington, NJ for simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released pursuant to bail reform.

12/01/18 WTPD arrested Deric Torres-Sword, age 29, of Morristown, NJ for creating a dangerous condition, unlawful possession of a weapon, disorderly conduct, and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance On 12/01/18 at approximately 10:12 AM WTPD officers responded to a report of a 120M Military Mortar marked “Inert” in the wood line behind Washington Garden Apartment’s building #11 in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival, a perimeter was established and the NJSP Bomb Squad responded to take possession of the “Inert” mortar round. The investigation quickly led to the arrest of Deric Torres-Sword, age 29, of Morristown, NJ, who was charged with creating a dangerous condition, unlawful possession of a weapon, disorderly conduct, and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Torres-Sword was processed and pursuant to Bail Reform was not detained.

12/01/18 WTPD arrested Robert Webster, age 27, of Easton, PA for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.


12/03/18 WTPD arrested Christian Lambert, age 18, of Newton, NJ, Daykota Dayton, age 24, Srar Dayton, age 23, and Timothy Pruden Jr., age 26, all of Oxford, NJ. On 12/03/18 at approximately 1:20 AM, patrol responded to a noise complaint in the 200 block of Axford Ave in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, all subjects were charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, processed and released with a mandatory court date.

12/03/18 WTPD arrested Robert Gravatt, age 45, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

12/03/18 WTPD arrested Raymond Brobst, age 28, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Raritan Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

12/05/18 WTPD arrested David Mineo, age 34, of Portland, PA for a $89.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

12/05/18 WTPD arrested David Mininni, age 56, of Stewartsville, NJ for obstructing the passage of a roadway and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/05/18 at 6:46 PM, patrol responded to reports of a hazardous condition in the 90 block of Mine Hill Rd. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Minnie was charged with obstructing the passage of a roadway and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed at the scene and released with a mandatory court date.

12/06/18 WTPD arrested Timothy Romel, age 54, of Washington, NJ for simple assault and harassment. He was processed and released pursuant to bail reform.

12/07/18 WTPD arrested Daniel Spencer, age 55, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/07/18 at 9:08 PM, patrol responded to the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough, for a reported disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Spencer was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

12/08/18 WTPD arrested Alyssandra Dante, age 19, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released after posting bail.

12/09/18 WTPD arrested Cashmere Holmes, age 25, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 12/09/18 at 10:07 AM, patrol responded to a residence in the 60 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a report of an unwanted person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that, Mr. Holmes had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.
