* VISIBILITIES...Reduced to less than 500 feet in some places. One quarter mile or less at many locations.
* TIMING...Low clouds and fog persisting through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...High transportation and travel risk. Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult along highways 58, 178 and Interstate 5 over the Grapevine area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KERN COUNTY MOUNTAINS

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
