The non-emergency phone line (518-270-3833) is not functioning properly, this has no effect on 911. We would ask for all NON-EMERGENCY CALLS you utilize 518-765-2352. Again this issue affects the NON-EMERGENCY lines only. YOU CAN STILL DIAL 911 and reach a Dispatcher.
