A river flood warning remains in effect for the Bedias Creek...East Fork San Jacinto...Lake Creek...Lavaca River...Menard Creek...Middle Yegua Creek... Navasota River...Navidad River...Peach Creek...San Bernard River...Tres Palacios River...Trinity River...West Fork San Jacinto. The Flood Warning continues for The San Bernard River Near Boling

* until late Monday night...or until the warning is canceled.

* At 0946 AM Sunday the stage was 23.5 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by tomorrow early afternoon.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FORT BEND, TX ... WHARTON, TX ... BRAZORIA, TX

Instructions:

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons are urged to stay away from the river until water levels recede. Motorists should avoid any water covered roads and find an alternate route. Livestock and equipment should remain out of the flood plain for the next few days. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather radio or other news sources for further updates.
