OWI 5th Arrest 
On 12-9-18 at 1:48 AM Janesville Police responded to a traffic crash at E. Memorial Dr. at Harding St. Upon arrival officers discovered a vehicle traveling east on Memorial lost control and stuck a utility pole. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle identified as Monte Dozier, showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Standard field sobriety tests performed by the driver confirmed impairment along with a preliminary breath test result of .14. A department of transportation records check showed Dozier has 4 prior OWI convictions. Dozier was arrested for OWI 5th offense and held at the Rock County jail until his initial appearance in court.
