The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 11 AM PST Sunday.
* VISIBILITIES...Reduced to less than 500 feet in places. One quarter mile or less many locations.
* TIMING...Fog forming and becoming more widespread during the evening. Fog persisting through Saturday morning and dissipating by mid day.
* IMPACTS...High transportation and travel risk. Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult along highways 41...43...46...58...59...99...152...198 as well as Interstate 5 over Kings and Kern Counties.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHWESTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... WEST-CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... SOUTHEASTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... EAST-CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY
