* WHERE...In Virginia, Bath and Rockbridge Counties. In West
Virginia, Eastern Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 11 AM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
