We are pleased to report the suspect of the rape that occurred on December 2nd in the 2300 block of E. Rosecrans Avenue is in custody. ESPD would like to thank all the concerned people who offered tips, as well as our neighboring police agencies (federal, state, and local) who helped with the capture of this suspect.
