A low pressure system will track along the Gulf Coast tonight into the weekend. Cold air will filter into Northern and western portions of the Midsouth. As a result, a mixture of freezing rain, sleet and snow will fall across the area. Light accumulations of snow, sleet and ice can be expected as far south as the I-40 corridor through early Sunday. Stay tuned to the latest forecast.
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze are expected.
