This message is to notify you that Nixle is changing message delivery options. As of December 17th, 2018 Cellular Text notifications will only be available for ALERT messages. Advisory and Community messages will only be sent via email.

Alert messages are reserved for critically important information where loss of life and/or property is potentially imminent. Alert messages are time sensitive and require residents to take immediate action.

Severe Weather Warning
Missing Child
Gas Leak
Wildfire
Contagious Disease Outbreak

Advisory messages are intended to communicate important, need-to-know information. Advisories require a heightened sense of awareness from your residents.

Severe Weather Watch
School Closing
Traffic Congestion

Community messages convey everyday local news, happenings, and developments. Community messages should not contain any time-critical information.

Media Releases will continue to be distributed via Nixle. Fruitport Police will continue to notify the community of information by Social Media.
