Temple City public safety officials are reminding residents that road closures and parking restrictions will be in effect tomorrow, Dec. 7, for the Lights on Temple City event.

Las Tunas Drive (between Encinita and Agnes) and Temple City Boulevard (between Woodruff and Live Oak) will be closed to traffic from 5 to 8 p.m. to accommodate the parade. Residents traveling the area can expect delays and should take alternate routes.

Street parking along the same stretch of Las Tunas Drive will be prohibited between 4 and 9 p.m. for parade operations. Public parking around Temple City Park will also be limited from noon to 10 p.m.

Vehicles in violation of these parking restrictions will be cited and towed.
